Weekend Saga...!!!

It was a very lazy day to start with.. Woke up at 11 in the morning.... Yawn yawn yawn....  Thanks to the movie Twilight on friday night :) :) :)
It AcTuAlLy made me pine for a Vampire :P :P :P.. I was so lost in devicing a concrete plan to go on a witch-hunt and find a vampire for myself, that the movie ended, even before I knew it :D :D  

In the afternoon....started checking mails... clearing mailboxes... replying to messages...calling up friends, whose calls went unanswered during the week. My calls during the weekend, Generally, have three distinct phases...

'n' plans of catching up with friends... :) 
followed by a few off-key wiggles by people involved :P and 
finally, 'n+1' verrrry customary blows....:D 

At 2 PM i was tired already and was trying to take refuge in my bed, when a call from an old friend disrupted all the disruptions!!!! :) 

A few minutes later I was finally out.... on the way to shopping :)  A shopping that my friend and I have been deferring for the past ThReE and A HaLf years !!!! ( I knw its unbelievable.. but yes.. its true :D) We met at the our regular meeting junc, got into a bus and after a while the bus was stuck in traffic...the bus dint move more than a few inches in 30 minutes. We realised this only after another half n hour :P when we took a commercial break in our tittle-tattle :D. We chuckled and took pride in being soooo blissfully ignorant of what was happening around us :) :D :)
 

The ceaseless honks of the driver or the relentless grunts from the passengers had no effect on either the Obdurate traffic, which was hell bent on making a statement... or US, as we decided to make the best possible use of tym, dig into the past and recollect all the wonderful moments we shared together... One after the other.. one after the other... the memories just kept flowing in, with all happiness and hilarity :) 

Meanwhile, With every route jammed and every visible lane full, Our driver had to eventually give up his traffic battle, take an about turn and head for the Source Station instead of destination....and we had to post pone, the many times deferred shopping program, once again :) 

We decided to end this terrific traffic day with some cool ice-cream at our fav spot... only to realise that the parlor was long gone :-O Determined to give our hopeless day a better ending, we headed for pani-puri... the one option that could never fail.... no matter where you are .. not atleast when you are in Hyderabad... We reached a road side pani-puri / Golgappa stall and had pav-bhaji, dahi puri and pani puri....  :D.. This satiated not just our physical hunger but also our psychological hunger TO DO SOMETHING :P :D

Patting our own backs on being so optimistically perseverant :P.... we headed home with contended Heart and Stomach... :)

:) :) !!!...Friends definitely make the Worst situations seem Better...!!! :) :)

After all... 

Life is all about....
